  • Balcony (flooring):  12”x12” rustic tiles as approved by architect/RWD.

Sanitary Ware

  • Wall mounted water closet with flush tank.
  • Wash basins in toilet and dining.
    • Counter above type for master bed toilet and under counter type for other toilets in Toto make good quality RWD approved model for all taps and faucets. Wall mixture, 2-in-1 and concealed stopcock.
  • Toto/Roca/equivalent make as approved by architect/RWD.

Plumbing

  • All water lines and waste lines for the toilet in ISI brand PVC pipes with ISI G1 fittings
  • CPVC make pipes and fittings for hot and cold water, 6” pipes for drainage and 4” pipes for rain water.

  • ISI quality wires and ISI PVC conduiting pipes, MCB, DB - Litaski / Legrand / equivalent ISI brand switches.

Staircase

  • 1st quality granite / kota flooring and MS handrail for all staircases.

Painting and Wall Finishes

  • Parking and driveway areas - waterproof cement paint.
  • Lobby - granite wall cladding up to 100mm above false ceiling up to office floor. Granite wall cladding up to 100mm above false ceiling (granite for lift facia / rest of the wall to be texture finished).
  • Staircase - plastic emulsion paint.
  • Corridor - texture paint.
  • AHU, electrical and other service areas - waterproof cement paint.
