• RCC framed with 9" outer walls and 4 1/2" inner partition walls with clay / fly ash bricks.

Plastering

• Inside ceiling plastering 15mm thick.

• Kitchen - 12" x 12” rustic tiles for flooring; 8" x 8" matt finish tiles upto 2' from the table top on walls.
• Table top - 18mm thick G20 black granite with straight edge polish and half mould.

Plumbing

• All water lines and waste lines for the toilet ISI brand PVC pipes with ISI GI fittings. For hot and cold water - CPVC make pipes & fittings; 6" chambers.

Sanitary ware

• C.P. Fittings – Parryware; EWC & wash basin – Hindware (white). Wall mounted water closet with flush tank and wash basin in toilet and dining. Good quality model for all taps faucets wall mixture 2 in 1 and concealed stopcock.

Electrical

• ISI  quality wires and Non ISI pvc conduiting pipes, MCB, DB.
• Litaski / ISI Brand switches.
• A/C Box, MCB, ELCB - Siemens.
• 4 way ETPN DD DB – Havells.

Paintwork
