PLANT AND MACHINERY MANAGER
The candidate should have atleast 5 years experience and possess the ability to take total charge of scaffolding, centering materials, hoist and all equipment and machinery with respect to the project.

QUALITY (MATERIALS)
The candidate should have atleast 3 years experience with thorough knowledge on testing of materials as per ISO standards. He/she should also be in a position to manage the site lab for materials.

ARCHITECT
Degree in Architecture with 8-10 years experience in carrying our architectural work for Residential, Commercial buildings, coordinating work of consultants, site and ensuring smooth execution of project. Knowledge on latest CMDA Rules and regulations essential.

SENIOR SITE ENGINEER
Civil Engineers with 10-15 years of experience, capable of Planning, Scheduling and monitoring the projects within targeted dates and costs.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
M. Graduate or Diploma with 5 to 10yrs.exp. In electrical installation work for Residential and Commercial Buildings

MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Graduate with 5 yrs in marketing of Residential / Commercial Projects.

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Candidate should posses 3 - 5 years relevant experience, with thorough knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, knowledge of relevant software application and excellent verbal and written skills. .

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Candidate should be presentable and posses 3 - 5 years relevant experience, people skills, knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, relevant software application and excellent verbal and written skills.

Computer proficiency is a must for all the posts.
