Furniture, fittings, finishes, landscaping and surroundings shown in them are not necessarily part of what is offered. Photographs marked as the actual site show it as it was when they were taken.
Areas, plans and specifications
Areas are stated in square feet and may be super built-up, built-up or carpet area as the page or brochure says. Floor plans are not to scale. Specifications name a brand “or equivalent” where the brochure does, and RWD may substitute materials of equal or better quality. The approved drawings and your agreement for sale are what bind.

RERA registration numbers are listed on each project page and on the RERA registrations page. Please verify them, and the approvals a project holds, on the Tamil Nadu RERA portal at rera.tn.gov.in before you book.
