Before you pay
- Make payments only to an account in RWD's company name, as stated in your booking documents — never to an individual's personal account.
- Confirm the account details by calling 044 4009 4009 before any transfer, especially if they reach you by email, SMS or WhatsApp, or if they change.
- Check the project's RERA registration on rera.tn.gov.in and on our RERA registrations page.
- Ask for a receipt on RWD's letterhead for every payment.
If something looks wrong
If you are contacted by someone claiming to represent RWD and something does not add up, stop and call us on 044 4009 4009 or write to sales@rwd.in. Suspected fraud can also be reported to the national cybercrime helpline on 1930 or at cybercrime.gov.in.
