What we collect
What you send us
When you fill in a form on this site — a sales enquiry, a site visit, a support request, a land or investment proposal, a channel-partner registration or an NRI callback — we receive what you typed: usually your name, phone number and email address, the project you are asking about, and your message. Some forms ask for more, such as a preferred visit date, a land location and extent, or the city you work in. We also record which page the form was sent from and when.
What your browser sends
Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic browser information with every request. We use the IP address only to slow down automated form submissions; we do not store it with your enquiry or use it to identify you.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts on this site.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and follow it up — by phone, email or WhatsApp, as you prefer.
- To arrange site visits and handle customer-support requests.
- To assess land, investment and channel-partner proposals you send us.
- To keep a record of enquiries so that none is lost and you are not asked twice.
- Where the law requires us to keep or disclose information.
We use your details only for the purpose you sent them for. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone to market their own products to you.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is seen by the RWD team responsible for it. It reaches them through service providers who process it on our behalf and only on our instructions:
- Vercel, which hosts this website.
- Resend, which delivers the enquiry to our team by email.
- Our customer-relationship (CRM) system, once one is connected, where your enquiry is recorded and assigned.
Some of these providers process data on servers outside India. We may also disclose information where required by law, a court or a regulator.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your request and any purchase or relationship that follows, and afterwards for as long as the law requires us to keep records. If you ask us to delete your details and we have no legal reason to keep them, we will.
Cookies and similar technology
RWD sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.
Some pages show content from other companies, which may set their own cookies when it loads:
- Google Maps, on project pages and the contact page.
- YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode), for project films.
Their use of cookies is governed by Google's own privacy policy. You can block or clear third-party cookies in your browser settings; the rest of the site works without them.
The site's typefaces are served by Google Fonts, and the project maps on the Projects pages are drawn from OpenStreetMap; both receive your IP address to deliver their files but are not used by us to track you. Links that open WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram or other services take you to sites with their own policies.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, where we no longer need it or you withdraw your consent;
- stop contacting you;
- name someone to exercise these rights for you.
Write to sales@rwd.in with the subject “Personal data”, or call 044 4009 4009. We will reply as soon as we can. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
This site is meant for adults looking for property. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
